Milton Plesur Conference

March 16 - March 17

This year is the 27th Annual Milton Plesur Conference, organized around a central theme of: “Rediscovering Oceanus: 21st Century Approaches to the Atlantic World.” We are pleased to welcome Dr. Robert Deal, Associate Professor of History and Director of Graduate Studies at Marshall University to open the conference with a keynote address on Friday. Following the address, participants are invited to dinner. Saturday will begin with a continental breakfast followed by two panels in the morning, a break for lunch, two panels in the afternoon, a short break followed by a final panel session.
